From June 3th to 5th, Tirana hosts the second edition of “Bread & Heart” festival. This year’s festival will turn its attention to the landscapes and the broader ecological systems of Albania.
The festival will bringing together 300+ international teams — including YellowOffice — and local practitioners, special guests from the arts, media and the environmental sector, who will gather on the festival grounds to explore how (landscape) architecture can balance the demand for new development with the need for environmental protection and conservation.
Francesca Benedetto will participate to “DOMUS: Architecture as Landscape“ panel together with Ma Yansong, Bjarke Ingels, Antón García-Abril and Christian Kerez (Moderator Walter Mariotti) and “Grounded Architecture – Designing in Tune with the Terrain“ panel with Cecilia Puga, Todd Saunders, Antón García-Abril and Bjarne Mastenbroek (Moderator Beat Huesler)
